Any grooming no shows or less than 24 hours cancellation notice will result in a $30 fee for the first time. If it happens again, the entire fee for the missed grooming will need to be paid in full by cash or charge card before another appointment will be made.
If you are later than 15 minutes to your appointment without calling us to see if we can still groom your pet, we will consider it a no show.
